For emergency warranty items such as plumbing, hazardous electrical, or significant heating and air conditioning issues (see heating and air conditioning section for details) that present a risk to health, safety, or damage to your home, call our Customer Service Department at 801-727-9507 and follow the prompts to be forwarded to our on-call representative. In the event that our Customer Service Representative is not immediately available, please leave a message and you will be contacted shortly.
